How do I get started with Broca and Echo?
First, our team will help you customize the software for your organization’s specific needs. We also handle every aspect of your data import. No matter what technology you’re using at the moment, our team has the conversion process down pat. We’ll then do testing in production, and your future users will be fully trained for their role and level of access. We also offer all users refresher training three weeks and three months after they begin using the software.
Is my data really secure?
Absolutely! Our team follows best practices and does everything possible to keep your data safe. Your data is hosted in Canada exclusively.
Can I use an SSO authentication system with Broca?
Of course. We have set this up for a lot of our new clients.
How much does it cost to use Broca and Echo?
We exclusively offer our software as a service (SaaS). The price is based on the number of users and the number of features they use. The package includes training, updates and technical support. Where do the names “Broca” and “Echo” come from?
Paul Broca was the French physician in the mid-19th century who discovered the brain’s “speech centre,” named the “Broca area” in his honour.
Echo includes all of our translation tools. Just like a real echo, our software reflects back whatever you say at the speed of sound, but in the target language.
