Scope

This policy applies to the Broca website, operated by Futé Média. It does not cover the Broca platform itself, whose data processing is governed by the agreement with each customer.

Information we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the information you enter: name, work email, organization, job title, phone (optional), organization type, approximate volume and message.

We attach to your request the language and address of the page it was sent from and, where applicable, the campaign parameters of the address that brought you to the site (for example utm_source).

We collect no other personal information without your consent.

How we use it

We use this information only to answer your request, schedule the demo and carry out the related sales follow-up. We do not sell it and do not share it with any third party for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

No analytics or advertising cookies are set without your consent. If you accept them, we may use Google Analytics and LinkedIn’s measurement tool to understand how the site is used and measure our campaigns.

You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page.

Retention and security

Your information is sent over an encrypted connection and processed in Canada. We keep it for as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, then destroy it.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, and withdraw your consent at any time, using the form below.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
