How long does it take to get started?
Our team configures the platform around your processes, imports your memories, terminology and existing data, then trains every user for their role. We set the timeline with you at the demo.
Can we bring our existing memories and terminology?
Yes. We import your memories (TMX and other formats), your term bases and your translation archives, which are realigned automatically — whatever technology you use today.
Do we have to use AI?
No. You choose, request by request, between memory pre-translation, machine translation, AI translation or fully human work. People always have the final say.
Does Broca support single sign-on (SSO)?
Yes. Broca connects to your identity provider over SAML; we set it up for most of our new customers.
Do you provide training and support?
Always. Initial training tailored to each role, follow-up training as needed, updates and technical support included in the subscription.
